Finding success in remote careers
If you work from home for Progressive, you’ll find success by adopting the same practices as office-based work.
- Find a distraction-free workspace: This is where you’ll be spending many hours each week, so don’t underestimate the power of your surroundings influencing your performance.
- Maintain a strong internet connection: Some of our customer care positions will have special requirements such as being hardwired into your router or modem. Keep an eye on those requirements in the job description when you apply.
- Continue to have a good work/life balance: Make sure you maintain separation so you can keep leaving work at work. If possible, avoid using your office space for personal tasks. And, you’ll continue to have your breaks and lunch hour to dive into household tasks or visit with family members.
