100% differential pay to active-duty service members and reservists. If you get called up and your basic pay is less than your hourly rate at Progressive, we'll make up the difference. (Duration is based on tenure with the company; two weeks at three months service and 22 additional weeks at your one-year anniversary.
Continuing medical benefits for active-duty reservists and their dependents or if you’re on orders longer than 30 days, you may cancel Progressive benefits while you utilize the Military Benefits.
Continuing vacation time accrual during a military leave of absence for up to six pay periods.
Use of dock time for documented order days. We don't require use of saved vacation time for military service dates.
