As a manager of human resources (HR) on the Centralized HR team (CHRT), you'll serve as a manager within our Leave of Absence (LOA) organization, leading a team of LOA supervisors and leave specialists. In this role, you'll prioritize onboarding, risk mitigation, and triage and assignments. You’ll also oversee the team’s SharePoint page and coordinate analytics and reporting. Additionally, you’ll proactively build relationships in a collaborative environment while continuing to make Progressive a great place to work.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training.
