As a manager for the Information Security, Risk and Compliance team, you’ll oversee efforts to minimize risks to the business’s digital and physical information.  Leading a team of 11 information security analysts, you’ll handle employment decisions, and manage performance, compensation, rewards, and employee development.  In this role, you’ll identify security risks, advise senior management, and ensure compliance with information security, privacy, and regulatory standards.  You’ll identify and assess risks related to information security, privacy, and compliance and advise senior management on these risks and their impact on the business.  You’ll collaborate with the senior manager of the team to recommend strategies and guide the assessment and mitigation of security threats.  You’ll work with security architecture to maintain accurate Enterprise Security Policy and Standards to align with security roadmaps, IT goals and sponsor relevant IT Programs.  Additionally, you’ll partner with various business areas to develop and maintain security controls, processes, and best practices.   
This is a remote position with occasional travel to an office for a meeting and/or training. 
Must-have qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eleven years related work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in information security, risk management, information technology or related field and a minimum of eight years relevant work experience
  • Master's degree or higher and a minimum of six years relevant work experience.
Preferred skills  
  • Strong leadership experience managing and developing high performing teams
  • Experience guiding by assessing and mitigating information security threats/risks associated with third - party/vendor risk, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), and compliance.
  • Knowledge of various Vendor Risk and Compliance concepts, practices, procedures, security technologies, standards and networking architectures.
  • Previous experience working with Governance Risk and Compliance platforms or equivalent.
  • Experience building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and collaborators  
Compensation 
  • $128,700-$157,300/year  
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
