This is a hybrid role in downtown Cleveland OH (Office Location: 800 W Saint Clair Ave STE 200, Cleveland, Ohio 44113) with free parking. Work-from-home-days are possible for this position (Monday and Friday).
 
Must-have qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum 2-year sales experience
  • This position requires online pre-employment testing for external candidates.
Preferred skills
  • Strong customer service and passion for helping others
  • Experience handling inbound customer inquiries in a high-volume, service-driven environment; Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across phone, e-mail, and chat
  • Self-motivated with the ability to quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced environment; Proven ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
Compensation
  • $39,400 - $50,000/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
