As a software developer senior or lead – AI joining the AI Driven IT (AID IT) team within the Enterprise Development Capabilities & Services (EDCS) organization, you’ll focus on delivering AI solutions to improve software development value streams. In this role, you’ll influence organizational strategy. Additionally, you'll assist in implementing, operationalizing, and maturing AI solutions across the enterprise through close collaboration with Enterprise Architecture and the AI Enablement team.
This is a remote position for US based work only.
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum four years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
- In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of four years related work experience.
- In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of six years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
Preferred skills
- Conceptual understanding of AI principles, with hands on experience with AI frameworks and toolsets (GitHub Copilot, RAG, LangChain, ChatGPT, Autonomous Agent, Azure Copilot Studio, etc.)
- Proficiency in Python and Go or demonstrated expertise in another programming language with a strong willingness to learn and utilize Python and Go technologies.
- Subject matter expertise or experience in one or more related areas, including CICD, public cloud, networking, security, and data handing (analysis and visualization)
- Self-driven, highly motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an emerging and rapidly evolving landscape.
- Strong presentation, communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
Compensation
- $115,000-$150,000/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30-40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
