As a software developer lead on our Data Governance Architecture and Privacy team, you’ll design and develop data capabilities used across the organization. Your role will have more of an emphasis on backend work with the occasional need for some front end development. Additionally, you’ll mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving. 
This is a remote position for US based work only. 
  
Must-have qualifications 
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum of six years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications.
  • In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of six years related work experience.
  • In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of eight years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
 
Preferred skills 
  • Proficiency in scripting languages including Python
  • Prior experience with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and OpenSearch as well as Terraform
  • Proven experience working through ambiguity to accomplish complex projects 
  • Organizational skills with the ability to execute project objectives to completion and motivate others to complete deliverables and meet project expectations 
  • Experience with UI development using Angular     
 
Compensation 
  • $128,000-$150,000/year depending on position level and experience 
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
