Are you ready to hit the road and grow your career? As a field estimator trainee, you'll learn important skills that can build a career in auto insurance claims. Using your skills in decision making, negotiations, and building relationships, you’ll join our paid licensing and training program.
Our comprehensive training is designed to prepare you for jobs in auto insurance claims. Here’s what you’ll learn in the program:
- First 6 Months: Learn to make liability and coverage decisions, with travel to a local claims office two days a week.
- Next 6 Months: Immerse yourself in field estimating, assessing insurance damages, and partnering with repair and rental vendors.
- Career Progression: After successful completion, you’ll be considered for a promotion to Auto Damage Adjuster, complete with a salary increase and use of a company vehicle.
Must-have qualifications
- Three years of relevant work experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree OR
- Two years of relevant work experience and an associate degree
Schedule
- Onboarding (First Three Months): Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
- Post-Onboarding: Monday-Friday (40 hours per week), with flexible start and end times between 8 AM-6 PM, based on business needs.
Location: Woburn, MA
Compensation
- $57,500 - $61,500
- Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
