As a mid-level full stack developer – Node/React at Level20, you’ll work within a cross-functional team to build innovative and visionary consumer-facing SaaS-based products. You’ll support the creative direction and problem-solve for various projects at different stages of their life cycles. Using a modern JavaScript framework, you’ll develop new features, refine and maintain existing ones, and write unit tests and documentation for ongoing development and maintenance. You’ll work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of the product. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the technical lead and other developers to ensure consistent and coherent architectural patterns across projects and Level20.

This is a hybrid role in downtown Cleveland, OH (Office Location: 800 W St Clair Ave STE 200, Cleveland, OH 44113) with free parking. Work-from-home days are possible for this position (Monday and Friday).

Must-have qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum two years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
• In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of four years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications may be accepted.

Preferred skills

• Demonstrated expertise in React with other JavaScript ES6 concepts and use within a modern JavaScript-based framework such as Vue or Angular
• Experience in Node with other server-side programming (Go, Rust, C#, Java, Python) and familiarity with GraphQL, REST services, or gRPC
• Experience with RDBMS (Postgres) and NoSQL database technologies
• Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure)

Compensation

•   $86,000-$101,000/year depending on experience
•   Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
