As the senior manager of treasury operations, you’ll serve as the leader of the Mergers & Acquisitions Treasury Operations team. You’ll lead an organization of 60+ employees whose functions include both disbursements and cash receipts, as well as accounting and banking. In this role, you’ll manage projects with high complexity and value and ensure the team’s initiatives align with business objectives. You’ll build strong, cross-functional relationships and partner with peers and leaders throughout the enterprise to support integration efforts and deliver project outcomes. Additionally, you’ll serve as a strategy partner to the director of Treasury Operations and a change ambassador to the organization, ensuring the maintenance of current state operations while driving strategic outcomes. 
Must-have qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED equivalent, and a minimum of 10 years Accounting or Finance experience (including corporate or public accounting or related professional experience), with 5 years leadership experience (e.g., supervisor/management).
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or related field and a minimum of 7 years Accounting or Finance experience (including corporate or public accounting or related professional experience), with 5 years leadership experience (e.g., supervisor/management). 
Preferred Skills 
  • Demonstrated success in leading organizations through change, ambiguity, and transformation 
  • Significant project delivery experience in driving large, complex initiatives
  • Strong track record of managing and developing leaders and teams while maximizing the capabilities and strengths of others
  • Experience aligning organizational priorities with those of customers and stakeholders, with high learning agility, curiosity, flexibility, strategic thought leadership, and the ability to prioritize
  • Mergers & Acquisitions experience
Location 
  • This is a remote role with occasional travel to Mayfield Village, OH (Progressive Corporate Headquarter), St. Petersburg, FL, or Carmel, IN offices for meetings
Compensation 
  • $112,300 - $160,400/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
  • Eligible to participate in our restricted stock units program
